First of all, it is wonderful that you are so concerned about your unborn child. Googling things before you do them shows how much you really care. Secondly, you are right about there being a lot of nitrates in corn beef similar to hot dogs. However, I know a fair share of women that only eat nitrates when they're pregnant because they crave them so badly and everything ends up just fine. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Lastly, the corn beef was cooked. I am almost positive. I do not believe that they would serve you sushi style corn beef sandwich's! If you are super concerned, call the restaurant and ask them. It was probably cooked them cooled like lunch meat. If you begin feeling ill get to the doctor immediately. I hope this helps and good luck to you.

Wow a dog trainer giving a dog grapes, that is a big NO NO NO! Even the smallest amount could be fatal, due to the toxins.
As for corned beef that would be fine. Back in the 'olden days' dogs used to eat left over scraps, and that included pork sausages!!

Okay I know everyone says no don't give your dog "people"food. And I am a dog trainer and bloodline preservationist. But I will be honest with you my dogs love corned beef and cabbage, and they all had some yesterday. My dogs have a general diet of dog food & people food and my dogs have lived into their late teens, all of them have great digestive tracks, and no digestive problems. I can't see feeding a dog the same kibble or canned food everyday for over 16 years. My dogs in general have kibble, steamed chicken, lamb, venison, lots of rice and grains, pasta and marinara, they love salads plain without dressing, frozen meatballs and frozen hotdogs, and frozen grapes are their summertime favorites.
I know this is suppose to be wrong, but all of our dogs have lived an exceptionally long lives, and have been extremely healthy throughout their lives. Never any problems regarding weight or health.
I know I deserve all the thumbs down I get. But I really don't care, I would hate to have to eat the same food for every meal for the rest of my life.

Not good for dogs. Very high in sodium and also high fat content. They say it is even worse than bacon and if you cook it in a boiled dinner with onions it is very bad. Corned beef and bacon are foods rich in fat and can lead to the disease Pancreatitis I do give my pups a little bit of human food but I only give them foods that won t harm them. They get small amounts of green beans, bananas, Broccoli, watermelon a few blue berries but never onions or raisins

A well-trained dog makes everyone happy, including his owner. Take a little time training him, and you'll never regret it; you'll always have an obedient dog by your side. Find more https://tinyurl.im/9zNZJ
By their nature, dogs are pack animals with a well-defined social order. Through basic training, you need to consistently make sure your puppy understands that you are the leader, not him. So in teaching him the basic rules, you take on the role of pack leader.
To fit into the family circle, your dog must be taught to recognize his name and such commands as come, heel, lie down and sit.

Just fed my 6lb dog a few bites. Corned beef is injected with papain used as a tenderizer and among other stuff. Lots of sodium added too.Thats why I kept it to a few little bites.

Now I'm really confused. Earlier today I cut up some corn beef (no fat) a soft half a carrot into tiny pieces, the total weight was less than a tablespoon. I mixed with a couple table spoons of his kibble and he loved it. I just got done making little bags with a tablespoon of this mixture less kibble and threw in the freezer. Do I or don't I give it to him?
