I am not trying to sell anything nor do I have ties with this company but I found an amazing product. My 3 1/2 year old daughter hates having her hair washed. She screams and cries and wants to get out, she hates the water in her eyes. I had tried lots of stuff, the visor (she pulls off), tipping back (refuses), laying down on her back in the water ( yeah right), the good old wash cloth over the eyes, goggles ( the cheap kind from Wal-Mart) but those let water in too. While shopping at a thrift store a few weeks ago I ran across some goggles new in the box, that looked pretty fancy, they had a $19.99 sporting goods store tag on them but I got them for $2.98. They offer 100% UVA and UVB protection, 180 degree visbility amd easy to adjust buckles like I have never seen before. They are watertight and fantastic! My daughter loves wearing them in the tub and lets me wash her hair with no fussing! Check them out they are amazing. http://www.aquasphereswim.com/ It is under Seal Kid Mask

that's cool! My son was the same way, I saw at Wal-Mart the other day a new pitcher type thing that has a soft rubber part that you put against the child's head and it keeps the water from getting into their face, I so wish they had these when he was little!

My daughter went through that phase too, but the thing that helped me was pouring the water from a great height just infront of her face so that she would try to catch the water in her hands (so cute) and then from the same height pour it on to her head to wet her hair, or rinse the shampoo out, it makes her tip her head backwards so there's none of that fighting her and she loves the feel of it on her head...
and I never spent a penny :)

It's great that you found something to work though:)

you ought to use Mr. Bubbles and sing to them while you supply them a tub and in keeping with risk play the rubber duckie song for the duration of tub time. i think of that could desire to make tub time very exciting for little ones
