That is a lot to do after school. I mean, you only have what, about 5 hours before bedtime when you get home from school? You're in school all day, add in what you just mentioned plus a bath, eating dinner..... when do you have time for you?
Ask your parents if you can cut back on your chores during the week & maybe do a little more on weekends to make up for it.

All of that is nothing compared to working a 40 hour week, paying bills, keeping kids in line, and cleaning the house, cooking, etc. Grow up and realize that your parents do alot more for you than you do for them.
Sorry if that's harsh.

I agree some parents seem to take it too far and get their kids too busy. Everyone needs downtime, but it's important that the downtime isn't too long and not detrimantal in its use. Talk to them, let them know you feel a little bit too busy and need to let some activity go. Don't go in angry, just talk to them as a mature person.

Because you are a part of a family, and need to help out to keep the home running smoothly. And yes, they do - so don't be lazy.
