* Is Bible God's Word? Explain with evidence? *

Some say that the Bible is God' word, others show compelling facts and evidence that it is not.
We each have to decide for ourselves.

The Bible Job 15:14 -16
"What is man, that he could be pure,
or one born of woman, that he could be righteous?
If God places no trust in his holy ones,
if even the heavens are not pure in his eyes,
how much less man, who is vile and corrupt,
who drinks up evil like water !

Seek and you shall find, it might not be what most think.

Dear Friend , why you are trying to see the world with one example ? There are numerous such holy books in all religions.
Who is a god for us? Are not our parents , who only wants to help us , their words will not be revered by us , as if told through them , by the God? We do believe that we are the descendants of gods . Otherwise , how there is so much of benevolence and wisdom in our forefathers ? So if we go back to our forefathers , forefathers, forefathers , and record their teachings in life , which is time tested and showed us the way to live our life happily and peacefully , cannot we term these teachings as gospels of the lord?
Any advice , which helps us to become a better human beings, when recorded in writing , is termed as Holy Scriptures in all the religions and universally is accepted as God's greatest gift to the ignorant and selfish human beings.

Yes. The Bible is God's word.
Isaiah 40:22 says:
"There is One who is dwelling above the circle of the earth. "
That was written in 800 B.C.
How did Isaiah know the earth was circular?
Man never knew it for sure till 1400's A.D.
Job 26:7 says:
"He is stretching out the north over the empty place, Hanging the earth upon nothing."
That was written 1500 B.C.
How did the writer know the earth hung on nothing?
Man never knew for sure till the Renaissance.
It indicates the Bible is from a higher source.
A superior source.
A truthful source.

The Bible is filled with many levels of spiritual depths. The Old Testament may read like a history book, however, embedded within the Old Testament is God's plan of salvation for mankind. For instance when you read Genesis 22 carefully where God asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac, this is a picture of what God would eventually do to his only Son Jesus. Through this sacrifice all nations on earth would be blessed because of the gospel of salvation.
Through this God would multiply Abraham's descendents as numerous as the stars in the sky in multitude. Through Christ's death on the cross God would multiply the number of born again believers, (those who are born of God) as numerous as the stars in the heaven in multitude.

This is not the only example by any means... it's just one of the many many examples of how God's word is divine. Embedded within Old Testament stories are the spiritual truths God is going to carry out in this world.

For example let's take Psalm 22. Read it very carefully and you'll see this is directly talking about Christ's death on the cross.

Please read Isaiah 53 and you'll also see Jesus Christ and his death on the cross.

There are more than 2,000 versions of bible in this world.

Seventh Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses.
First Roman Catholic Bible was published at Rheims in 1582.
Second one published at Douay in 1609.
These called RCV version of Bible.
The Protestants regarded 7 books as ‘apocrypha’ (doubtful authority) and removed them from Bible.
(The Book of Judith
The Book of Tobias
The Book of Baruch
The Buck of Esther, etc. )
Jesus pbuh said in the book of Revelation Chapter 22 Verse 18-19 ". . . If any man shall add to these things (or delete) God shall add unto him the plagues written in this Book."
