"Where do the students practice spanish?"
donde = where
practican = practice (plural for they)
los = the (plural)
alumnos = students
i hear it as "donde practican el espanol los alumnos?" more often.... because "el espanol" is the direct object of the verb "practican" and usually it's best to put the direct object right after its verb.
