I had the best hose italian salad dressing, and it had a pinkish color, assuming red wine vinegar, anyone know what may all be in this house italian?

'House' means it's their recipe -- all you can do it try to figure out what's in it and experiment.

Italian just means olive oil, vinegar (often red wine), and herbs and spices (usually including garlic, salt, and pepper -- possibly oregano, basil, Italian parsley, or any combination of dozens of herbs).

You might try asking them, but they want to you to go there to eat, and spend your money.

It's also possible they sell it.

Experiment -- with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, and one or more other herbs, you can't go wrong anyway; they'll all taste good.

You may stumble on what it is you especially like about theirs, and have a lot of tasty salads along the way.

You could also go to foodnetwork.com -- the show Everyday Italian would have lots of variations -- you can do some searches, and start with those.
