Easy. Cut your intake 500 calories. Delete all junk food and sodas. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day five days a week. Increase raw vegetables and water consumptions

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Ok, first off, pounds aren't really the important thing you need to care about if you are going to the prom. it's the figure. Take the 3-day apple diet. you eat nothing but apples and water for three days. On the third day, take a spoonful of virgin olive oil. this will help you with losing the weight and extra fat when you exercise. After the diet, eat soup or grit-like things. Eat slowly and carefully. eating fast and a lot after the diet will put you back into the beggining. After that day, Eat a sensible amount on breakfast and lunch and work out. When you get hungry and it's not dinnertime, eat a smoothie or something organic. When you eat dinner, eat at like 5'o-clock or 6'o clock. Eat like half of what you eat at dinner too. Don't eat after 7, if you do, you gain that weight. if you are thirsty, drink water 2 hours before you usually sleep.

Exercise cardio, or core related exercises. Do something like jogging, fast-walking, pilates, swimming, something like that. Jump-roping and hula-hooping are good and effective too. When you exercise, drink lots of water. You should drink up to 8 cups a day.

The diet and everything else requires commitment, so you have to stick to it.

To lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks heres what you should do:
1. Don't eat after 7pm - this allows your body to quit digesting food and start burning fat all night long.
2. Drink lost of water and avoid soft drinks - also drinking a cup of coffee (black if you can handle it) and a cup of green tea daily will act as a natural fat burning pill and it will kick your body into fat burning overdrive
3. Don't eat any junk foods or sweets for the next two weeks.
4. Jog, walk, run, bike - basically any type of physical activity for 30 minutes straight. This will burn tons of calories and on top of all that force your body to burn more calories for the rest of the day.
One last note - a lot of the girls I know just don't eat for two weeks - pleeseeee don't do this, it's very unhealthy and if you do the above methods you will still lose the weight.

I'm a huge fitness person and I'd suggest the best way to do it is with diet and exercise. Its completely possible to lose five pounds in two weeks if you start exercising and combine it with a healthy diet. Especially if you have not exercised before, you will notice results quicker than someone who works out on a regular basis. Just remember the healthy diet part! Lot's of fruits, vegetables, white meat and whole grains! Good luck and have a fun prom!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

The Cabbage soup diet...

It lasts about 2 weeks and it is a great cleanse and better for you than the one Beyonce did for dream girls. It actually has some nutritional content.

It is a hard diet to stick to though... after two weeks you want to throw the soup up against the wall rather than have to eat it.

When it is finished, you will have lost more fat than muscle and it prepares your body to begin eating healthy as you gradually reintroduce proteins and fats in proper porportion.

Southbeach diet and Atkins diets prove to lose at least 10-14 pounds in 14 days. basically eliminating sugar and carbs for that period of time. You will also feel less bloated and your stomach and face will be the first to look slimmer.
Read Southbeach diet which is a low fat low carb low sugar approach to the atkins method. Look online for the diets.

Drink lots of water, and work out as much as possible, eat salads, NO SWEETS!!!!! Cut WAY down on the fat, and NO RED MEAT!!! That is pretty much the only possible way to lose the weight. I use a diet pill, like Dexatrim, they help you burn fat faster, SO GET THEM ALSO!!!! GET MOVING, GOOD LUCK!!

Cut down how you eat very drastically, and workout like crazy you will lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks very easy

btw you don't even need to workout, if you just eat less then you normally do, you will lose
