if she didn't like u for ur personality , why she is with u then??
i think she prefer to be with "good personality" than to be with "handsome , six packs guy"
so be more confident; because girls like this guy's confidence

Keep in mind that this guy with the six pack may be be better looking outside, but that doesn't mean he is better inside. How you treat a woman is just as important(if not more important) as how you try to make yourself look for her. My wife that passed away told me that she had never had a man bring her a flower every day that he came to see her and open every door for her before I came along. Her previous b/f was taller and better looking, but he didn't treat her like a queen like I did. If you treat a woman like men do in the romance novels, you will find them paying more attention to what you do more than how you look. I took pride in the fact that my wife's friends would always ask what planet she found me on and could they borrow me for awhile. If you concentrate on improving your romance skills you will find yourself in more demand than an Arnold Schwarzenegger wannabe. Take it from a man that has been there done that.

well, this is coming from a woman who, most people would say, could get a better man then i have. Better? geeez beauty is genuinely in the eye of the beholder. I love my man even though he doesnt have a "perfect" body or a "perfect" face. Women are a little bit different then men sometimes. I have been at a soiree with my man and there are my friends with thier "trophy" men. It never ever bothers me.....if anything, the people there are thinking your a secret hottie...intriguing, clever, and smart....and this draws more positive energy towards you. Women who obsess over a "six-pack", "great sex" obviously are with someone who has nothing "solid" to offer, so they turn to these trivial attributes. FEEL LUCKY =]

Well i can understand how you felt but from what you said sounds a bit like the friend only likes her guy for what he looks like and personally i don't think thats a good basis for a relationship... i would want some who likes me for me, and who i am is my mind and personality. No one should ever feel inferior in appearance.

ok, don't apologize for the way you look. If your gf loves you, she won't care about that stuff. And this just shows that her friend is shallow, and your gf isn't.
Everyone has their days when they feel ugly or stupid. don't let it get to you. just show your gf who you are inside.
and you can't be that bad-looking. I mean, she went out with in the first place, right? :)

Ugly means your face is not pleasing for the eye, but if you're referring to your body and how fit you are, thats a whole different thing. You cannot change your face, but you can change your built...well...you CAN get a plastic surgery. Anyways, if you're worried about your weight or being well built, START WORKING OUT, don't be LAZY!!!

You should feel good about yourself. Why would you even think that you were ugly? You have a girlfriend and I'm sure your girlfriend brags about you when your not there. All girls brag about there boyfriends. so dont feel like crap. I'm sure your a sweetheart<3

You shouldn't feel that way if your girlfriend dosn't. Looks aren't everything. It's whats under the chest that counts. Looks fade in time. But the love you have for eachother, looks or not will be forever

You are you, And not him
You have qualities that he doesn't have.
Be proud of your self for what sort of person you are while at the same time take pride in yourself
