How old is he? How old are you? Have you told your
parent(s)? about this? You need to. If he is under 18 they are the ones who have to do something, not him. If you don't feel he is a threat to himself or others then perhaps a non-emergency (not 911) call to the police could give you some insight. Also, check for mental health hotlines in your area; they can guide you, too. Good luck...get him some help.

If you were more specific, maybe I could find a website that can help you with your problem. Sorry I'm not a professional and its not too often you run into someone who is a prefessional on this site. It's kind of hit and miss. Repost your question with more details and you'll get more responses.

I would suggest contacting a doctor and talking to them first about how your brother reacts and the reasons why you think he needs to talk to someone. They would have suggestions on how to get them there or perhaps they will set up a in home session to get his treatment started. I think you have a cause to be concerned and should follow through getting him some help. Your state may even have some free help to at least get him started. Good luck!

I am not a professional. I would think you should go talk to the therapist first. He/she might have ideas on how to resolve this.
Maybe you can go with your brother so he will not be afraid to go. Or ask the therapist to stop by your house and discreetly talk to you brother.

Try talking to your pastor or if you don't have one, the pastor at local church. Most trained pastors are trained mental help therapists and maybe able to help.

Hope it works out for you.

First of all if he has kids and is married make sure that his significant other and the kids are out of harms way have them go somewhere but don't tell him where lie tell him they are going to grandmas house tell the grandparents whats going on and then take him 'out to lunch' make sure you are driving tell him that you are going to a new restaurant then take him to the nearest therapist of psycaitrist but don't tell him! Once inside tell him you have to drop something off and that you would like him to come with you.go into the doctors office make him sitdown and tell him it will only be a minute then have the doctor come in!

I don't think anyone has answered your question because the paragraph doesn't really make a lot of sense. Try and make a clear question, like my brother keeps running away from people, how do I make that stop?

This isn't something you can fix here. You need to find a mental Health Professional you can go see, with your brother and Parents.

I can definately try to help. I'm still an undergrad. but I'm majoring in child's psychology.
What's the situation?
Including behaviors, speech, eating habits, and just generally what makes him "out of his mind"?
