yeah definately vitamin E helps. it helps in the renewal of skin cells and replaces the damaged ones....you can get lotions that contain vitamin E but vitamin oil too that you apply on the area...
but you have to watch out and apply it in the night time bcause vitamin E on your skin and exposure in the sun might cause skin discoloration.
but apart from the vitamin E, you can buy this cream called Mederma. its special for all sorts of scars. burns, scars from operations, acne, anything!
it is number one recommended from the doctors and surgeons, and it really works...i was using it after i got surgery and i had a scar on my abs...and it really helped. the discoloration goes away and it just shrinks any scar or mark...i recently started using it on my face too.
try it
good luck!

Vitamin E speeds wound healing and improves the cosmetic outcome of scars and other wounds. Many people use vitamin E on a regular basis to improve the outcome of scars and several physicians recommend topical vitamin E after skin surgery or resurfacing. You can buy vitamin E capsules in a local drug store. Break them open and put them on your skin. Just be careful becuase some people have an allergic reaction to it.

I do know for a fact that vitamin E will reduce scaring on cuts, I just don't know for sure about acne. With it being an oil, it could clog your pores. Try using in a small area for a few days to see if it will cause anymore out breaks.

Yes, lots of lotion's and vitamin's E, and eating fish, and keeping your hands off of it, too!! Will definately keep it away, and if you could go and get those pads, called Stridex Pads, and wash your face every night with just soap & warm water, and then wipe it down with these wipes, and if it works on my teenage son who has bad acne, and makes his face look so fibrant, then it surely will help you too!! I swear by these pads!! Good Luck to you hun!!! Smile!!!
