I wouldn't think so. I have brought books back from Greece to the US for my son-in-law and had no problems with that. You can hand carry magazines thru security going to Europe with no trouble so can't imagine it would be illegal. Only thing you may have a problem with is their mail is a lot of times opened and never delivered....or some is not.

Technically yes! as by sending magazines overseas you might hurt the profits of parent company which might be making huge/little profit by distribution through official channel. For eg. if you buy Archie's Digest in USA they are a lot cheaper than if someone from UK buy them from Comic official owner or distributors. And i do not think they will approve this practise.

here is price list
For USA: 52 issues - only 99¢ each including 4 FREE issues
For Canada: 52 issues for $79 USD
but for International: 52 issues for $139 US (Euro 105)

No, I have a subscription from an Canadian magazine, the Shambhala Sun, which I recieve in the United Kingdom. I am sure any magazine can mail their subscriptions almost anywhere in the world if they pay enough postage. But there could be exceptions, like I'm not sure about China.

No. See Canda is Allied with Europe. Unless if there is a law saying no.

I sincerely doubt it but the postage may be more than you expect. They don't have major intrinsic value, right?
