Okay....I am currently going through a divorce and the guy that I like is also going through a divorce. We meet a couple of weeks ago at my new job. We also go to the same church....we have allot in common and get along really well. My question is how do I know if he is interested and if I should try and pursue anything. I would like just to have lunch or dinner and just talk. Nothing serious right now....just see what happens.
This is the catch.......he is 15 years older than i am. I am worried that he will not like me asking him out. WHAT DO I DO. I need to know where I stand.

I don;t see the age difference has anything to do with your problems beacuse you both are mature adults.(unless if you are a teenager). is suggest you wait to finalise your divorce first before asking him out.To avoid him not liking you asking him out try a few friends going out together. Take the opportuinity to get to know him better. Try this a couple of times and finally ask him out. You might try to use this method after his divorce is finally over too. I scared that both of you are not ready for a relationship because of the divorce. I suggest you to just wait untill the time is right. Make sure veryhitng in youf life is stable then move on to him.

firstly age is not a problem, because women love mature men. mature men can speak very well and know exactly what we want and need. secondly don't ask him out directly, but say "did u hear about this restaurant, i heard it is great how about trying it together". try something like that or anything else that you think is better, cuz you are the one who saw the guy.

You can't know until you try. Just ask him out for lunch first (it's less formal) and see how things go.
