Of course you can! The only thing is that you will need a passport and a visa. Entry requirements for Puerto Rico are the same as for the United States of America.

yes, you can travel to Puerto Rico but you will need a valid passport if traveling from any other country besides the USA. If traveling from the USA and you are not a citizen go to this site

As long as you have a valid passport you can travel to P.R. if you are not a U.S citizen. U.S. citizens of course can travel with proper government issued I.D. (i.e Drivers License)

Yes you can, but depending on your citizenship you might require a visa to visit. If you are a citizen of one of the following countries:

Andorra
Austria
Australia
Belgium
Brunei
Canada
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Iceland
Ireland
Italy
Japan
Liechtenstein
Luxembourg
Monaco
Netherlands
New Zealand
Norway
Portugal
San Marino
Singapore
Slovenia
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
United Kingdom

then you will just need a biometric machine-readable passport. Any other nationality requires a valid machine-readable passport and a visa.

that depends on several points

First have you applied for a permanent visa for the US? if you have then you will need travel permission to leave the country
are you just visiting the US?
do you hold a valid passport form your own country?
do you intend to return to the US to return to your home destination ?
To get the answers you will need to inquire with the home land security, look on their web site you will get all the answers you need
