Non-dissolvable skin sutures should be left in for 10 days. If they're dissolvable (which is unlikely but possible) then they'll fall out on their own. Make sure she doesn't lick or chew at the wound - even if she doesn't pull the stitches out it increases the risk of infection. She must have been quite ill - pyometra infections are nasty (they're one of the main reasons we recommend spaying dogs). I hope she does well! :)

Between 5 and 10 days depending on how she heals. Hope she has a collar on to stop her from licking the wound, she will need lots of rest and TLC.

pyometria?
Usually they are stitched inside and out. Inside are dissolving and outside are ready to come out in 7 - 10 days.

Just keep her quiet, and call so you know how long not to feed or water her after a surgery in that area for cats.

Stitches, unless they're self-dissolving, generally get taken out after10 days. You need to be sure they stay dry and that she can't lick or pull at them.
