I wouldn't do that! Any metal can cause arcing inside the oven, which can damage your microwave, and possibly cause a fire. Those little, aluminum-foil "platforms" in microwaveable foods (the things that give your microwave pizza a crispy crust) are specially designed, so they won't cause a problem.
Use plastic wrap instead.

Depends on the oven. My new microwave says I can use aluminum foil as long as it does not touch the edges. Check your manual. If it is older, I would say NO.

There are some microwaves that you can use foil in if it's in small quantities. But I would not recommend it.

Only if you plan on buying a new one because that's what you'll have to do because it will blow up. But at least you'll get to see some really cool sparkles.
