I love classic rock, but like everything else, not all of it is good. I always thought Black Sabbath was overrated and I hated the name. Lep Zep, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith (to name a few) are so much better.

Theyre alright. I have two albums, both with Ozzy. After Ozzy left and the band kept goin, they really started goin downhill at light speed.
I mean, they never really were incredible musicians...They were good, especially on the first album, but tended to turn more to simple, almost stupid music later on.
Overall I dig the old stuff. The newer stuff is just awful.

I used to listen to alot of Black Sabbath havent heard it for years though. I wonder if any of the religous nuts are into black sabbath hmmm

I love Black Sabbath. Their song WAR PIGS gives me chills when the air raid sirens go off. Their best song, in my opinion, is PARANOID.
I saw Ozzy years back in Pittsburgh for his Bark at the Moon tour. Loads of fun, he had a spectacular stage show.

I used to like them. And Hawkwind.
But now I prefer MCR and HIM and a bit of Trivium and Metallica. And some industrial, dance and breaks/mash ups too.
But hey, it's all good! Party on Dude!

I like some sabbath stuff with ozzy, never liked them with dio.
But overall i think they are overrated compared to Zeplin.
