No, I do not recommend/believe in having premarital sex, even in the 21st century. People should save themselves for the ones they love and want to spend the rest of their lives with. If one's boyfriend is really in love with them, they will propose and wait until marriage to have sex. Sex is a huge commitment that has only one main purpose: to procreate. Its other purpose is to create a bond in a MARRIED, heterosexual couple. I also believe that both, bride and groom, should be virgins. I also do not believe in birth control or any use of contraception. What about diseases? Well, if you marry a virgin and have a monogamous relationship with them (I stress monogamous, because this day in age married couples are "experimenting" with other couples), there is no chance of getting any diseases! What about unexpected pregnancies? Use the rhythm method! Don't know what that is? Look it up! If I had more energy and time I would write more, but I don't. Basically, my views are identical to that of the Roman Catholic Church.

So what if it's 21st century? Does that mean that we can carry on with lame unethical acts in the pretaxt of liberty and freedom?
Sex before marriage is not good for both girls and guys. One may enjoy it for the moment. But when it comes to commitments, such people are not able to keep up to their commitments. They long for the same liberty after marriage. Besides, a successful marriage is the one in which you can share your extreme intimacies, dreams, etc. Once you have sex before marriage, those things just wind up a bit.
All the best...
:-)

i do not recommend it, with all the STDs going around you could get one and have it for the rest of your life. Sex before marriage is a sin. It's not wise to have sex before marriage, if you did, would you be ready for a possible child that could result from it? I don't think you are. there are many many consequences to doing it before you're married. I don't want to sound like a hypocrite, i just know it's a sin and it's some thing you don't probably want to get involved in. Just wait until after marriage, you will probably be a lot happier you did, it'll save you from a lot of emotional baggage and possibly a kid you can't care for.

Sex should wait until after you are married. Guys will appreciate you more. Guys don't want to marry someone who has been with a lot of guys. They want someone they can trust and they know want mess around. If a guy insist on you having sex and says he will leave you if you don't, then let him go cause that was all he was after anyway.

For me it's ok to have pre marital sex as long you are practising safe sex and be responsible about it. If a girl wants to sleep with any guy she likes there is no justification on the number. It depends on her preference..
