If you have fresh fruit go for it, it has a decent amount of fiber which will help you feel full longer, you don't need to cook anything, you can dip it in vanilla flavored yogurt for a yummy fruit dip. Toasted cheese sandwiches are also pretty quick & easy. Hope this helps.

try burritos they are easy and fast to make, and you can use a variety of fillings,
try peanut butter/jelly, beans and cheese, meat/cheese, hotdogs, eggs/cheese/tatertots
when you are finished making them wrap them in paper towels and then in aluminum foil for transport,
