In order to watch TV you must install a switch in line of the parking brake wire and the ground. If you read the manual theres a sequence.

I think you have to show ground when the units on, take it off for 3-5 seconds and then show ground constantly. The video will then play. You must do this sequence each time so its impossible to just have it grounded.

Go to Radioshack and pick up a push button with normally closed connects (N.C.) and connect one side to ground and the other side to the pink parking brake wire. After it starts up, press and hold it between 3-5 seconds then let go. The blue screen should go away after a second or two. Hope this helps. Goodluck.

Or you can connect it to the parking brake like your legally supposed to, but what's the fun in that?

If you listen to what I wrote, you'd be fine. you wouldnt even need the parking brake wire on your chrysler. Geez, cant help people anymore huh.

wire the parking brake wire coming from the back of the radio to any regular ground on your car. then, install a simple on/off toggle switch in that wire. this will allow you to turn the video off when, or if, a cop pulls you over.
