I have a Sylvania tv that wont work....help? please!?

I have a Sylvania gray 19" tv that is about 6-7 years old...it was my uncles but we dont know how to work it. we cant go through the channels and i want to use it so i can hook up my playstation for games and movies. We dont know the v-chip code thing either and yeah.....if you can help me at all...i would greatly appreciate it.....oh, and we cant find the remote for it either.

It may cost more to repair then its worth> try calling slylvania customer service..
