you poor fluff baby could be suffering from allergies. I myself own 2 bichons. Mady is extremely allergic to flea bites. Bailee on the other hand has no allergies. In this instance I am lucky. Our poor fluff babies could be allergic to most anything and it is a proven fact. They can be allergic to their food, dust, grass, pollen. Just like humans, bichons can be set off by any common irritants.

I have no answer to why but I thought it may help to tell you. Vitamin E oil will help with the healing and it will help it not t o scar. This can be bought at Wal-mart and is good for all injuries. We use it alot and it heals sores alot faster than anything we have found.

That breed of dog is very suseptible to skin allegies. My sister has one. The vet can give you pills that help.
