OH My God you are very, very cute!!! I'm a 30 year old black woman and I'm a Teacher--and I must say that you look darling :)
Listen dear, you look to be about 14-15 years old, and I think your hair looks pretty the way it is. you have naturally curly hair, and it looks good on you. You have it cut into a Bob shape, and it looks good. I would suggest that you keep it the way it is. Natural Beauty is the best beauty.
Kids are growing upp fast these days--but when I was a teen, I wore the same hairstyle everyday--a ponytail on top, with the rest hanging down. You dont need to look all grown.

I think you look very cute w/o changing you hair style!
But if you want a new hair style, you should grow it out maybe and extra 3 or 4 inches and then flat iorn it!
One of my bestfriends does that with her hair and it is totally cute! you should try it!
