Dog development is very fast initially, then kind of slows down.

A 1 year-old dog = 14 year-old human (teenager)
A 2 year-old dog = 24 year-old human (young adult)
Subsequently the aging slows down to 1 dog year equals 7 human years, then 5 human years. It's not a steady "1 dog year = 7 human years".

The first year of a dog's life is like 12 years in people.
Then after that it's 7 years for each year.
That's why dogs that are 1 year old shouldn't be bred, they are like a 12 year old child, but at 2, are like a 19 year old and thus better equipped to produce.

SO if she is not quite a year old, she is likely equivalent to a 10 or 11 year old.

There was a count. One year of dog's life equals seven human years. Thats just a rough idea. It varies according to dog's age.
