yes it is fine to drink. as long as you are sure nothing got into it. bars keeps their bottles open all the time!

smell the contents if it smells ok it should be ok to use. if you are not sure then give i to someone who makes a lot of cakes as i am sure they will be able to use it in the cake making and decorating.
