i am 16 and i like this girl. i dont no if she knows i like her. me and her are from compleetly difrent backgrounds. we tlk allot. but i am shy and dont no wot to do.

It is up to you. You have to work out your priorities in life and if thats your culture then so be it but if it's this girl than be prepared to cope with the consequences because secrets rarely remain secrets. Also at 16 this is unlikely to be a serious relationship so ask urself if it's worth going against ur culture for it.

Tell your parents how you feel about this young lady. If they truel want you to be happy then they will let you go out with her no matter what the culture says. I also suggest talking to the young ladies parents. They might understand... hopefully. I have no idea what you are going through and I hope that soon you can work this out... Good Luck.

I don't know much about your culture, but I'm surprised to know it forbids dating at all. I think you need to talk to your parents about it a little more.
As for the girl, stay close friends! She sounds like a nice person even if you can't date her.
