i was just looking at walmart, and saw tons of different types of weight loss things. what different kinds are there. are there different groups of them?
i would like more energy during the day, and also i eat sooo much before bedtime, appetite suppressents?
i dont know anything about these. insight please?

None of the over the counter pills work. If your seriously over weight ask your doctor for a script. If you change what you eat before bedtime it can make a huge difference. If you eat fruits and vegetables you will shed pounds, avoid carbs., and drink lots of water so you feel full stay away from fruit juices and sodas, read labels stay away from sugar, corn syrup,and any other sweeteners (learn the names of sweeteners), diet sodas only. Sugar free candies, and jello will curb your sweet tooth. Most late night eating is due to boredom, read a book instead of watching TV, both hands are full when reading. Don't keep snacks in the house, read the nutrition information when shopping...count your calories. I kept track of my calories for 6 months, I wrote down everything, I now know how many calories are in every food or meal I consume (within a few plus or minus) if I have to guess, I guess on the high side. If I have no idea how many calories, I won't eat it. Take a walk at lunch, it will help your daytime energy level. Good Luck.

All diet pills are just expensive tic-tics. You have to make an effort to know your bad habits and change them.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
