to the woman since she knew I had a girlfriend. I told her we were broken up. Now my girlfriend found out about everything.
How can I work everything out with my girlfriend since she has

You can't work it out. You have violated the basis of your relationship and ruined everything. You should have considered this possibility before you hooked up with the other one.
When faced with the situation of being attracted to someone else while I'm with someone, I usually innocently suggest a threesome. If my guy at the time is into it... we invite my crush. But if he's NOT into it, I act like I was only joking.
