They discovered it was causing kidney failure in some cats and dogs though I don't think they've figured out yet why it was causing kidney failure.

Right now the best theory is a possible fungal infection of some wheat gluten that Menu Foods recently got from a new supplier. They don't really know for sure but are recalling the food just in case... you can get a list of brands and lot numbers here ===>http://www.menufoods.com/recall/


My mom is so mad, one of her cats is sick and she's convinced she poisoned it. There's going to be a lawsuit for sure over all this.

It's both cat and dog food. There are cases where the animals are dying of kidney failure.
