My teenage daughter is 14 and she wants to know what is the average weight for a girl about 5 or 6 feet tall and how much is way to much?

I'd say she'd weigh about 100-120, depending on age.

lol, 5 feet and 6 feet is a big diferent, 5 feet girl usually weight about 106 lbs, and 6 feet girl usually weight about 170lbs, how tall is exactly your daughter?

As you did not wish to reveal the exact height, there is a large weight range that could be said to be average weight.

More importantly, BMI is what you were looking for. BMI ( Body Mass Index) This value has a typical range to classify, underweight, perfect,...........obese, morbid obese etc.

Hmmm...it depends on how tall she really is...If she is only 5 ft now, I doubt she has to worry about being 6ft tall at all. You can find a BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator at www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi

For her age and height, between 115lb and 145lb.
