It depends on the fifth grader.
I'm sure there are fifth graders right now who have IQ potential greater than mine (hard to believe, I know...) and therefore they are "smarter" than I am, even though they are not as knowledgeable.
What you may be asking is "are you more highly educated than any fifth grader?" The answer to that, of course, is an unqualified, YES!

yes, i relly do think i am smarter than a fifth grader, because ever time i watch that show i get all of the answers right , but yeah i prety much think i am

Of course I am. My grades and my GPA show it. That show however makes adults think about and use knowledge that they haven't used since the fifth grade.
