Could be, is she eating the recalled stuff?

Probably. Iams is crappy food. So is anything you buy at Petsmart or the grocery store.

Try switching her to a quality food like Innova Evo, Wellness, Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul, or Artemis. Try to find a natural pet foodstore in your area, it's much better than Petsmart or Petco.

She could be....there might be something in it, or maybe her stomach's just not used to it....I would suggest a vet though, throwing up can be a symptom of a minor or even a major and deadly disease. I hope she's ok.
PS: iluvanimals: no it's not, kidney failure is usually found by peeing all the time uncontrollably...

My cat has always avoided the beef and recently stopped eating the chicken entree. Even thought it is not the type that it being recalled (the cuts and gravy) I'm going to switch brands. There were sooo many affected by this recall.

I'd definintely have her to the vet. Better safe than sorry. With that recall I read about yesterday Iams and Eukanuba were on it for the wet food for both cats and dogs.

it maybe eat more than it need so it throw up then so u should give it the sufficent amount only that it need.
u should not let it eat and then make it play as that will make it throw up.
may also the can food is expired date and that lead to bad result and u should show it to a vet doc.

Yes she could, rather switch to another product range altogether, that won't make her sick.
