I just thought this question would make people happy...ive already got my mum something and given it her..as it is today..i didnt want tips but thanks anyway =)

i got her a neclace (a affordable one!) it had all my sisters and my birthstones hanging from a gold heart! sooo pretty, it was only like 40 dollars! she loved it cause it reminded her of all my little sisters and me

Mother's day in the US isn't until May (the second Sunday). But I think it's Mother's Day in the UK today, so "Happy Mother's Day" over there!

I got my mum a book of little quotes and phrases about life and a dozen pink tulips.
She seemed pleased and I think on days where she's missing my dad (who died a few years ago), some of the phrases in the book will lift her spirits.

Well my mother died 7yrs ago this past 09-15........But if you or anyone reading this is lucky enough to still have there mother should get her something...I would have bought my mother a watch or ring she loved jewelry.

if your mother likes a particular thing she collects.or a dry arrangement of flowers that would match her living room,or kitchen or even a gift certificate for a store or restaurant

I would say flowers, are a great gift. even if they say they dont like them because they will only die, i dont know many women who dont honestly love to get flowers. and of course a card, or note telling her how much she means to you.
