It is scam. The national lottery requires that you buy a ticket in advance, it does not take email addresses and does not contact winners by email. Check out these links and search answers to see how many people 'win' the exact same lottery every day
http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=630...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/lottery_sca...

Do not click on any links, the page you will be taken to will look authentic but is not
Do not send them a 'courier fee' or any other money
Do not hand over any bank details or passwords

Do report spam
Do delete

Remember there is no such thing as a free lunch. You cannot win a lottery if you havenot bought a ticket.

(I've answered this question so many times that I now keep this answer on my desktop and just copy and paste....that should give you a clue!)

There seems to be no end to these scam emails. Delete it as you will never receive anything from them. If you have not entered a lottery you are not going to win and whatever you do do not send any money to these thieves.

1. Anything that sounds too good to be true probably is!

2. If you've not specfically entered this lottery then how could you have possibly won it.

Two very points to consider when deciding if you've got a scammer or not

It's a scam. Don't provide any payment or personal information. Simply delete the e-mail and forget about it.

Check the ticket that you bought.

In order to win ANY lottery, anywhere in the world, you MUST buy a ticket first...
