Its not actually a CB round but Aguila manufactures a round with a pointed bullet called Colibri. It uses only the primer to expell the bullet. Very Quiet!
It is sold on lots of online ammunition stores.

I have a box of shells that I purchased at Wal-Mart that are made by CCI. They are CB short, .22, lead round nose, 29 grain bullet and travel at 710 fps.
I use these bullets out of a revolver for dispatching animals on my trap line. These work awesome for killing and rarely travel completely through the head. I'm not sure what you would be using the pointed head for, but the rounded head is lethal!

If your up to the adventure pop the round ball out rerlace with 22 pellet like in pellet guns ive done it just playing around but it works dont try to add powder that dont ill why up to you

I may be proven wrong, but I don't think there is such a round. Lead bullets would not be able to maintain the point and a deformed head would give you lousy consistancy.
