He's a grown man, trying to beat up on his teenage sister. I thought they were so close. Males aren't supposed to beat up on females, anyhow.

Can you ask him what the h___ he is thinking? Why does he think (?) he can lay a hand on her! The law sees no difference in a blood relation when it comes to physical abuse. She has to be willing to report him unless you see it happening or the results of a beating, then be her voice. It could escalate to a very sad ending. In most states, cops don't need the victum to file charges if they can see any injuries!

abuse in any form male tofemale and yes female to male is against the law report it

She should complain to parents first and then police..
