You could take her to a park with for a picnic. That is always really nice. Or take her to your house and watch movies.

Too cute. So where's your paper route, lol! Your date should involve something where u both can walk, point, laugh, and talk. How about a walk through the zoo? The most she may want would be something to drink. The local park is good too. Pack some little sandwiches, canned sodas, and fresh fruit and throw them in your little bookbag. Make sure u push her on the swings. Just have fun, that's all the romance you need to worry about for now.

Set up a picnic in the park. Either while somthing is going on (fireworks, concert, etc) or just by yourself is romantic. Give her flowers and a cute little dinner that you can make at home or somthing. Set up blanket by a tree. Plan to go for an evening stroll around the park when you are all done.Totally cute, and she will love it!

Take her for a picnic in the back yard. The Easter Lillie's are blooming so have some those for her. Just be yourself.and treat her nice.

Find out what she likes. Her favorite ice cream, favorite color, favorite animal etc. This won't cost a whole lot but it will mean a lot. Buy her fave ice cream, sit on her fave color picnic blanket, and buy a stuffed toy thats her favorite animal. She'll appreciate how much you actually listen. OR YOU CAN DO EXTRA CHORES....

Your thirteen for God's sake. Ask your parents for money to take her to a movie and dinner. Anything else is pretty much out of your league.

Make her lunch. invite her over to your house to watch a movie, or see if your parents will give you a couple bucks to go to the movies. if not.. see if they will drop you off and you can walk the mall together or a place of your choice.
