i love that word.. it literally means "god's wounds" or god da..it" it gets attention. zounds sir y'are robbed! i love shakespeare

Haha, that was spelling word in English Class wayyy back. ZOUNDS! HAHA.
Me and my friends use it to joke around. If you said zounds in place of something like "Darn" or "Crap" or something, poeple would stare at you funny. Lol! ZOUNDS

I think someone would look at you funnily if you did say it. And since it is supposed to be an expression of anger I doubt they would take you very seriously.

Not at all This word has no meanings, no pronunciation, no grammatical relation, no usage in literary language.
Dictionaries have not yet accepted this word.
So please don't waist time of useless thinking.
