Personality most defiantly. Looks will change. The not so good looking guy with the awesome personality will become much more good looking in time.

The first thing you notice about someone is their looks, but personality is EVERYTHING. Someone's outer beauty can do nothing but maybe make you physically attracted to them, but it cannot be the only thing that you like about a person. I have learned that you should look past looks and look closely into their personality. You have see if this person is respectful, has a nice sense of humor, and see what moral values does this person have. Because you can date the finest person on earth, and they could treat you crap. I'd rather be with someone because I feel elated around them, they make me laugh, respects me, and loves God.

Looks would be enough to make me chat a woman up, but then I would spend some time talking to her -- at which point, her personality determines whether or not I asked her out. A woman who can't hold an intelligent conversation isn't worth my time no matter what she looks like. Even so, physical attraction is necessary for a serious relationship.

personality but it isn't bad if they are hansome too right. But to date someone for there looks is not so good, who knos u might like them alot and then as time passes wanna marry them and when u see how they look in the morning, BAM, u just mite get scared.....

You are always attracted to someone at first because of their looks but you need more than looks for a relationship to last, so its personality!

Initially for her looks but if it turned out that we did not
get along, I would stop dating her...
I have done that several times, found a really good
looking girl and found after a date or two that we
did not get along ...So we stopped dating...

personality.you think you know everything about someone by the way they look but it goes way deeper than that.you should never date anyone for how hot they are or how popular they are cause technically thats using the to get yourself noticed. never date anyone for the wrong reasons because you can really hert someone that way.

Personality i think is most important, but i would never turn a good looking guy down for just being good looking.. but they have to first and foremost have a good personality. you can both personality and good looks.. or just personality.. but never just good looks.
