my ex bf (of 2 1/2 years) who is going out with another girl is cheating on her with me and he says that he still loves me and wants to get back out with me but he wont break up with her
another guy ive known for 3 years and will go out with me but doesnt want it to feel awkward because us being friends
and the last guy ive known for like 5 years and we're like best friends and i really like him to but he wont go out with me

You need to move on from all of these guys. Find someone who is single without all the baggage. Trust me you'll thank yourself in the end.

The ex is getting 2 girls at one time, so why would he go down to 1? The other 2 know that you are still messing with your ex and/or still have feeling for him so don't want to go out with you. You need to choose 1 guy and only 1 and then after they trust you, the guy will go out with you.

Put those 3 guys in the trash file, and move on. You will find a guy who will love you for the wonderful person that you are. You don't have to take second place to anyone.

You can't force someone to go out with you. Either enjoy you time with these three guys and maybe something will eventually happen. Or move on and find guys who are available for what ur looking for.

the first one is simply having a good time with both of you he's not going to leave her. no matter what he says he's going to keep playing you both for as long as you let him.
the next 2 seem like they would never be comfortable enough to date their friend.
you need to find a fourth one with no "best friend" ties.
