i got a salmon pack that is frozen.How to make it speed up and not frozen fast need anser quickly.

immerse the wrapped fish in cold water.It defrosts in about ten minutes.I do it all the time.

You can quickly thaw fish in the microwave by removing the store wrap, then placing the item on a microwave-safe dish or container. (I go one step further and imerse the fish in "cold" (DO NOT USE WARM) water inside a zipper bag with air removed, it prevents any cooking at all) Follow your microwave’s instructions for defrosting time, but check every 3 minutes since individual ovens vary.
Another thawing option is cold water. Run wrapped fish under cold slow running water and check often.
