Dogs sweat from their noses and paws. It could be a number of things that would make his nose leak. If it is thin, then it could be that the dog is hot, or in some cases that he is nervous. If it is thick, this could be an indication that the dog is sick, such as having a cold. If you are concerned about the dog, or if the dog acts as though he is sick, then I would suggest that you have him checked by a vet.

I also think the amount of moisture coming from a dogs nose varies per dog. I have two dogs that I've had for 3 years. One has always has a really wet nose while the other's nose is always dry.

leak as dripping ? i would say the dog got either a upper respiratory infection. or the dog got a cold, the latter seem to be the best one , however is your dog got labored breathing,and if you listen to the lungs and its it sounds like a rubble then let presume the infection, with most infections, the color tend to be greeny, if your really worried please consult your vet ,I'm not a vet but iown 7 dogs ,so Ive been there , however some dogs noses run Little if they inside dogs,and have bee n running around out side

well one time i was taking a 3 hour drive 2 pennsylvania with my dog in the car and his nose leaked the entire trip he doesnt lik long trips he has no idea where he is going

i believe when they are nervous it is like their kind of sweat when humans are nervous they sweat on their forehead and neck when dogs are nervous they sweat from their nose
