I turned on my computer and all these windows poped- up there are viruses entering my computer every 5 minutes. The viruses are called Downloaded and are still coming. My antivirus blocks them but it is messing up my networks and computer. I Tried to delete the files but they come back.
What do i do?

no dont format the computer use this why is it when someone says they have virus others say format

Back up as many files as you can (on a disk) then then bring the computer in to a proffesinal.
