Well, they go out and try to retrieve as many victims as they can and then get them to the hospital. I'm sure that they perform some emergency procedures, but I don't have the details on those. They mostly just go and get the people and get them to the hospital, 'cause there's not that much that they can do for them. I bet they're like paramedic's, sort of.
