What's done is done. I would not tell my boss, but I would have a confrontation with Jean to let her know that I am going to notify the management, and legal authorities if she does not cease her filthy prank.

Forget what I have just written. Today it is your boss and tomorrow she may decide to play a vicious prank on YOU. Notify management IMMEDIATELY and if they refuse to terminate her, then notify the authorities. Not only is her prank filthy, but it is also a health hazard. Notify the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and they will definitely put a stop to her shenanigans!

OK here´s the thing...if Jean is my friend and I think its very important to the office to have her, I´ll definitely talk to her first, not to my boss, and tell her that one time was funny, but I think is disgusting to keep doing it, and that she has to stop... if she doesn´t do it, and she keep putting pubes in his drink...then I´ll think the way to make my boss knowing...but first thing I´ll give her the opportunity to stop

Since this has been going on for 2 months and you knew about it; you're an accessory to the fact and could also be fired so be quiet about it and tell your friend to quit doing it or your going to HR. You want to be treated like an adult, but can't make a decision on what to do tells me you have alot of growing up to do.

No. In two months if you haven't told already you missed the mark. If he hasn't found a pube in two months and hasn't mentioned it, something is definitely wrong. You tell and wouldn't it be strange if it was something he liked on the down low???
