He is playing you. Because you say it has happened many times, you are allowing him to do it. I guarantee that he will not change. Why should he? You always take him back, so he sees no penalties for his wicked ways.
Best you find a mate that is true to you and you alone. They are out there. Seek and ye shall find.
Dump him, he is taking advantage of you.

Walk away. A person who loves you doesn't cheat on you or betray your trust repeatedly -- and now he compounds his crimes by lying to you (when he said he loved you). This is a playah who just wants to keep you handy for when he doesn't have something else going on. You have a choice here; you can be his slow night safety valve, or you can hold out for someone truly wants you and no one but you. If you choose the first, you give up your right to complain about being cheated on and betrayed.

i was with my exboyfriend for 5 and a half years, in which time he cheated on me more then once,i stayed bc i was comfortable and i thought i was doing sumthing wrong to make him cheat n was determined to fix things..years latre i realized that when it first happen and i lost my trust in him i should have left...trust doesnt grow bak, n no matter what they say or do, ull never get it bak..chances are ull doubt evreything he says....i kno how hard it is to b with sum1 and want to belive them when they say that they love you...but honestly, if he loved you, he wouldnt cheat on you at all..sometimes relationships dont work and or last....theres a reason that he was in ur life, take it as a learning experience and try to let go of all the hurt...
move on
its the best thing u can do for urself, and the most respectful thing u can do...trust me, in the end ull more then thank urself for leaving him n after the anger and hurt leaves ull b proud of urself for putting urself first
remember, i love you is just three words, they dont mean anything if the actions dont match the words

There's an old saying that goes "fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me" Why are you with someone who has betrayed yoru trust 'many times'? How much of an emotional punching bag do you feel it's necessary to be?
Nobody's going to have the opportunity to betray my trust "many times" because if I give them a 2nd chance, that'll be IT.
I don't care how many "I love yous" are involved...someone who actually loved you wouldn't betray your trust...he's just using those words because he knows they work on you. Wake up and smell the coffee honey...and get some self respect and girlie-balls and drop his lyin' azz.

He could be lying when he said he loved you, after all, he already betrayed your trust. Do not go out with him anymore!!!

Get rid of him. Seriously. My ex-husband told me for years he loved me while he was out sleeping with other people. There's no reason to put yourself through that torment. It's hard to let go, but it's for the best. If he really loved you he wouldn't cheat and lie. Find someone who gives you REAL love. You deserve it!!!!!

I suppose that since you're asking, the infractions of trust were not severe enough for you to have had an instinctual response. You got my vote to at least read him the riot act.

Ditch him. He doesn't love you if he goes off and cheats on you. That shows that he's untrustworthy and immature. He's a manipulator and a player.
