Check the expiry date on the box.

They're stale if they're kind of chewy, and if the box has been left open for a couple of days. Just throw them away they only cost $3

they are bad before you even open the box-read all of those artificial ingredients, colors, and flavors. Red food color (carmine) is made from dead red beatles. Can you pronounce or identify all of that stuff?

I cant see them going bad...they get soggy as hell within 5 minutes of being in milk!
