My cat still isn't healed.?

My cat had surgery 4 weeks ago. He was in the vets with 10 stiches on the side of his face and a cone on his head for 3 weeks, I have him home with the cone for 1 week. He had a biopsy which came back negitive. Blood came back also negative. Why is it still not healed? Vet just says give it more time. I'm really nervous, and feel so bad for my cat, although he has been a real trooper. Appreciate any input, thanks!

It takes time for things like that to heal. Follow vets advice, and pray for quick healing. He'll be back to himself in no time!

4 wks is a long time...does it look infected.you can always take him to another vet to double check.....I would
