1. Use apricot scrub
2. Use a cloth/sponge/whatnot with coarse texture
3. Use cream with salicylic acid in it (causes skin to flake, reducing ingrown hairs)
4. Use rubbing alcohol after scrubbing and washing your face
5. Find ingrown hairs forming, and tweezer them before they turn into pimples

get a good exfoliator... pick up the bath gloves... scrub the area... after the hair pops up... get a sterile pair of tweasers and pull/pluck the hair out... avoid shaving.. Waxing is much better... ingrown hairs are common in underarm//bikini area because the hair is much coarser... alot of the time there are more than 1 hair growing out of a single follicle....
