i have 3 gallons of milk what do i do now to make chesse?

You need more that just milk to make cheese but, it's a start.

To make a simple soft cheese simply add a little vinegar {one oz. } to warm milk {90 to 100 F} and keep in a warm place, I think over night is best.Strain the chunky milk {whey} now thru some cheese cloth. Than wrap around it tight with the cheese cloth and squeeze it so all the juice {whey} comes out. Hang it in your frig with a bowl under it for a day or so and you will have a white basic cheese
