Well you can fast and healthily lose weight. I recommend that you drink about three glasses of water back to back just to get you filled up and start cleaning you out. Than for a meal drink about three more glasses of water beyond your regular intake. Also, you can suck on a lemon or squeeze a lemon into your water. This will help curb your appetite!
Do this for three to five days. I recommend three days, preferably don't over exert yourself doing this. Fasting and strenuous exercises don't go hand in hand because you can easily become exhausted.
After your three day fast I recommend that your first meal consist of fruits and vegetable, nothing too heavy. Your stomach will need to adjust and you will fill up very fast which is good.
After your first meal or two I would say eat strictly soups. Not that heavy unhealthy stuff either. Soups from either vegetable or chicken broth. Hearty, healthy and light.
If you do that until your 9th day I bet you will probably drop around 10lbs by than. You would feel surprisingly good too, after the first day you won't even get too many hunger pains or cravings, especially if you use lemons.
Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

well if I were you I'd eat salads and vegetables every single day, excercise for like 25 minutes. If you dont like salads, try to eat in smaller portions or healthier food, no BIG MACS or pizzas. Maybe some microwave stuff, they're pretty good. No midnight snacks either, especially if it's chocolate or ice cream. You should eat 4 hours before you go to sleep. and try to cut down the sweets. worked for me.
Good Luck.

i think if you want to lose weight you should eat a healthy diet and take a walk every day if you can. You could go to a rec. center or something like the YMCA if you have one and work out.

i lost about 8 pounds in a week so if i did it you can do it! all you have to do is go on a strict diet for a week which contains no bread and no starchy things and no sodas and junk food and must contain fruits and vegtables. exercise for at least 50 mins for 4-6 days a week!
good luck!

Whoa sister slimming down takes time. You can plan your daily diet and exercise more often. If you have the determination, anything is possible.
